You can issue your books using the self-service terminal located on the ground floor opposite the Library desk. To issue a book using the self-service terminal:
1. Press 'Issue' on the touch screen
2. Scan your ID card so that it reads the barcode
3. Place your books on the 'Place items here' shelf and the machine will issue your books onto your account
4. Press 'Done'
5. You will be asked whether you want to print a receipt listing the books you have just issued with their due dates. Select the green tick for yes or the X for no.

Certain items cannot be issued using the self-service machine such as DVDs, in which case please take them to the Library desk.
If the book you want is on loan, you can reserve it so that you get the next copy to be returned. Please see the link below for help.
